Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center Won Several Categories on the 7th Bali Culinary Festive

Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center is all about winning these days, after previous award for the highest iAudit score of Food & Beverage Service in November 2018, several winners on the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th of the cooking competition, the hotel has just won several categories on the 7th Bali Culinary Festive that being held on the 21st of January 2019.
 
“It’s certainly an extraordinary moment that we prove the quality of work by dispatched our Cook Helper – I Putu Santana Putra in cooking competition as the first winner in a creative & innovative Indonesian Cuisine category, and as the second runner up in a creative & innovative pasta dish category. The whole point of the competition is to lay as much technique, visual and flavor as possible into one dish. Usually, there’s a dozens of recipes in each component on the plate.” Said Komang Aryana – Executive Chef at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center on press conference at Quest San Hotel Denpasar last January 21st, 2019.   
 
Furthermore, Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center also participated in a Mandatory Mocktail creation and Creative & Innovative Mocktail competition and assigned its Mixologist – Ni Kadek Dwi Erawati. “She created Mango Dragon by mixing the main ingredients; fresh mango and dragon fruit in Mandatory Mocktail category, and came out as the runner up. Besides that, Era also created Sunset Dewata in creative & innovative mocktail category with the main ingredient was herb and mangosteen water, blimbing wuluh/ averrhoa bilimbi, bonny fruit, and honey.
