Aston Canggu Beach Resort Dominates in Bali Culinary Festive VI

Bali, October 21, 2017 - Bali Culinary Festive VI is an annual cooking and bartender competition held in Aston Kuta Hotel & Residence by Archipelago International. Chefs and Bartenders who competed were representatives from 17 hotels under Archipelago International in Bali and Lombok Region. The aims of this event were to saw the growth skill and talents of participants in three different challenges: Black Box Competition – a test of a chef’s ability to work under pressure, Cocktail & Mocktail Creation and Food Truck concept competition. 
“ As a newcomer in Hospitality Industry I’m so proud of my team that we win 3 competition in Bali Culinary Festive VI, our talented chef Nyoman Kantun did a great job on Black Box competition by turning the mystery box into mothering dish - Duo Mahi Mahi with Suna Cekuh and Nasi bakar same as our talented  Bartender Putu Endra came with his creation Archipelago Cocktail and Noelani Mocktail. Aston Canggu Beach Resort dominates The Bali Culinary Festive by being the first-place winner in Cocktail creation and second-place winner in Black Box competition and Mocktail creation. The dominated judging process went through a qualitative assessment by the Top Management of Archipelago International The Chairman Charles Brookfield, Vice President of Sales & Marketing Tenaiya Brookfield, Director of Operation Winston Hanes and some gastronomy experts such as Made Kona.
