Aston Canggu Beach Resort Culinary Team Won Bali Culinary Festive Consecutively for 2 Years

Bali Indonesia, February 2019 - Archipelago International, Indonesia’s fastest growing hotel management company once again held Bali Culinary Festive 7 at Quest San Hotel Denpasar. The annual cooking and bartender competition hold on 21 January 2019 invites talented chefs and bartenders from 17 hotels under Archipelago International in Bali and Lombok Region. The aims of this event to boost talent and creativity of each participants through several challenges: cooking competition  - create two types of Indonesian Food and pasta menu and mocktail challenge - create two types of drink: mandatory mocktail and creative mocktail.

Dewa Ayu Ketut Mega as 1st winner of mandatory mocktail and 2nd winner of creative mocktail. Along with Gede Ryan Sasmita as 3rd winner of mandatory mocktail and 2nd winner of creative mocktail.
