At UpZscales Sky Dining & Bar, our Executive Chef, I Gede Darmada and his team have prepared a range of romantic surprises not only on the plate, but also in the form of elegant decoration and beautiful flowers for ladies. 

Guest can start their amorous dinner with a welcome glass of sparkling wine along with an amuse salad Gazpacho as the starter: the combination of unique taste of watermelon, chili flake, herbs, raisin, strawberry, mint leaf, smoke chicken chilli with lemon dressing. The main role of the evening is on the plate, and this is taken by choice of roasted rib eye with english spinach, carrot potato, tomato cherry served with honey BBQ sauce or barramundi orange glaze served with orange sauce, mashed potato and grilled vegetables. The romantic atmosphere will be completed with live music in the evening. Complete the intimate culinary experience with a fresh lemon sponge cake, which adding lightness to the dessert. This 3-course Valentine's set menu available at UpZscale Sky Dining & Bar on 13 and 14 February 2019 with price IDR 418,000 ++ per couple.
