Batam, 10 May 2023 - The National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) conducted a competency certification program in the field of tourism at Harris Batam Center. The event was attended by six employees from the Food and Beverage Service (FBS) division and seven employees from the Food and Beverage Production (FBP) division of Aston Batam Hotel.

 

The tourism competency certification program is conducted by BNSP with the aim of assessing and measuring employees' abilities in their respective fields. The certification aims to ensure that employees have adequate skills and abilities in their fields and meet the standards set by the authorized certification agency.

The certification process is carried out through competency testing held at Harris Batam Center. This competency testing is carried out according to each employee's field and conducted by assessors certified by BNSP.

 

After going through the certification process, employees from Aston Batam Hotel who participated in the certification program are recognized as competent in their respective fields. This shows that Aston Batam Hotel pays attention to the quality and abilities of its employees in providing the best service to guests.
