Kuta, August 2023 – ASTON Kuta Hotel & Residence, the most #TrustedHotel in the Archipelago, is celebrating its 14th year of existence in the hospitality industry. This year, Aston Kuta adopts the 'Guardians of the Earth' theme to reflect on the importance of environmental awareness.

In celebration of its anniversary on September 1st, Aston Kuta is organizing several activities under the 'Road to 14 Years Anniversary' campaign. These include Independence Day festivities (flag ceremony & fun mini-games) on Thursday, August 17th, 2023, Beach Cleaning & Tree Planting at German Beach on Saturday, August 26th, 2023, Visitation and Donation to YPAC on Wednesday, August 30th, 2023, and concluded by the Highlight Anniversary Event 'Guard14ans of the Earth Celebration' on Friday, September 8th, 2023, at The Lighthouse Rooftop Lounge.

The Beach Cleaning & Tree Planting event is one of the most notable activities. It involved all employees and heads of departments of Aston Kuta, led by the Head of the Anniversary Committee, Mr. Agus Darmawan, also attended by Mr. I Wayan Sudi - Ketua Pecalang Br. Segara (Chief of Pecalang of Banjar Segara) and Mr. I Ketut Werka - Kelian Adat Br. Segara dan Pjs. Ketua Badan Pengelola Pantai Jerman (Customary Leader of Banjar Segara & Acting Chief of the German Beach Management Authority). The event's goal is to positively impact the environment and raise awareness among the community about environmental preservation. The event included planting several nyamplung and coconut tree saplings around the Baruna Statue at German Beach. There was also a beach cleaning session to remove litter and a mini competition to add fun to the event.

Mr. Agus Darmawan expressed his concern about the lack of environmental awareness in the community and hopes that the activities undertaken by the hotel can bring a positive impact and remind people of the importance of preserving our planet from harm.
