Madiun, September 2023 - National Customer Day, which fell on September 4, 2023, was the perfect moment to show appreciation to all loyal customers. ASTON Madiun Hotel & Conference Center and favehotel Madiun organized Harmony in The Lounge and various activities as a token of gratitude and appreciation for the customers.

Harmony in The Lounge was an event that featured a special lunch for guests and included a singing competition among groups. The singing competition was participated in by one person from each group, which consisted of at least 3 people. Held on September 7, 2023, starting at 11:00 AM, the event was joined by 15 groups, mostly comprising mothers and loyal customers. Participants seemed to enjoy the fun of the event, supporting each other between groups and dancing together.

Various other activities were also held in honor of National Customer Day 2023, such as distributing refreshments in the form of welcome drinks and snacks to guests, as well as offering free welcome massages from Alaya Spa on September 4, 2023, in the Hotel Lobby. A special 9.9 promotion on September 9, 2023, was also presented to guests. Visitors could enjoy a variety of coffee variants for only IDR 17,000 Nett at The Lounge and an unlimited lunch for two people for only IDR 99,999 Nett at H&E Restaurant.
