Bandung, September 2023 - On September 7, 2023, 80 participants from 45 hotels operating under Archipelago International gathered at ASTON Pasteur Hotel to participate in the Food & Beverage Boot Camp 2023. This event served as a highly valuable platform for professionals in the culinary and beverage industry to enhance their knowledge and skills.

The event commenced with great enthusiasm on the first day, with a warm welcome from Mr. Winston Hanes, Vice President of Operations at Archipelago International. He opened the event with an inspirational speech, emphasizing the rapid growth of the culinary industry and the crucial role played by experts in maintaining high-quality standards.

The first day of activities was filled with a series of training sessions covering various culinary aspects. Participants had the opportunity to delve into the art of meat processing from True Aussie Lamb Meat & Livestock Australia, sharpen their pastry skills with Pak Santoni from PT. Anugerah Dinamis Adirasa, and gain deeper insights into the world of wine through a special training session with Sababay Winery. All of these were aimed at enhancing the quality of culinary services offered in Archipelago International-affiliated hotels.

Wiki Ardyansyah, the Food & Beverage Manager at ASTON Pasteur Hotel, stated, "The Food & Beverage Boot Camp 2023 at ASTON Pasteur Hotel has provided valuable opportunities for professionals in the culinary and beverage industry to share knowledge, hone skills, and expand their professional networks."

The second day was a chance for participants to experience something different. They headed to Pangalengan to take part in challenging outbound activities. These activities aimed to strengthen teamwork, and leadership, and provide memorable recreational moments for the participants.
