Banjarmasin, March 2, 2024 - ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center once again collaborated with Gemilang Pusat Bahan Bangunan in a cooking demonstration event. This event was also supported by PT Kreasi Arduo Indonesia (ARTUGO) and attended by 40 participants, including several SMEs. Alongside the Chef from ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center, the event proceeded smoothly and joyfully.

This collaboration is a continuation of the previous partnership between ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center and Gemilang Pusat Bahan Bangunan. This time, the Fun Cooking event featured sharing from Chef Harianto, Sous Chef of ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center, about tips and simple recipe recommendations to welcome the month of Ramadan. In addition, Fun Cooking was enlivened by an oven auction by PT Kreasi Arduo Indonesia (ARTUGO), which was enthusiastically welcomed by the participants.

The General Manager of ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center, Dikdik Solehudin, expressed his enthusiasm for the event and appreciated the good collaboration between the two parties. "It is an honor for us that one of the best talents from our kitchen has been recognized and invited to share his expertise. I am very pleased with activities like this, especially Fun Cooking, which not only entertains but also inspires the participants. Hopefully, this event will be the starting point for the exchange of ideas, inspiration, and sustainable partnerships in the future between Gemilang Pusat Bahan Bangunan and ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center.”

As a result of Chef Harianto's recommendations, three delicious dishes were served, including Chicken with Mushrooms, Ayam Woku, and Patin Fish Rollade. The participants who attended tasted these dishes and gave positive responses, describing them as tasty.
