Banjarmasin, February 19, 2024 – ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center, together with Gemilang Pusat Bahan Bangunan and PT Teka, organized a Cooking Demo event. Alongside the Chef from ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center, the event proceeded smoothly and joyfully. It was attended by 30 enthusiastic participants who witnessed the Cooking Demo and learned the signature recipes from the Chef of ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center.
On this occasion, Harianto, Sous Chef of ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center, showcased his culinary skills by preparing dishes from the Nusantara, Chinese Food, and Western Food cuisines, including; Chicken Koloke, Patin Sambal Matah, and Penne Pasta with Pesto. During the Cooking Demo, Harianto also elaborated on the detailed recipes for these dishes and shared professional cooking tips. "We are delighted to share cooking recipes and insights into cooking techniques. Hopefully, this event can be beneficial and inspire participants to prepare exceptional dishes," said Harianto.
The cooking demo event proceeded smoothly and interactively, as participants also had the opportunity to join in cooking and taste the prepared dishes. In addition to the participants who attended the event in person, ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center and Gemilang Pusat Bahan Bangunan also provided a live Instagram session, allowing people who couldn't attend in person to watch the live broadcast.
