Bandung, August 2022 - Mr. Crab X Mrs. Lamb All-You-Can-Eat buffet at ASTON Pasteur, offers guests the best of both Crab and Lamb dishes for only IDR. 250.000 net/person. Guests can sample delicious Crab & Lamb dishes from the collaboration of 8 Archipelago International Chefs. A fun culinary evening with these fantastic chef creations best shared with family or friends.

The event will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022, with eight Archipelago Chefs headed by Chef Windoe as Corporate Executive Chef Archipelago International, and the team consisting of Chef Febrian from ASTON Pasteur, Chef Abu from favehotel Hypersquare, Chef Taufik from NEO Dipatiukur, Chef Hadhi from Harper M.T Haryono Jakarta, Chef Adi from Harper Purwakarta, Chef Hasan from Favehotel Tasikmalaya, and Chef Sigit from Harper Cikarang.  The collaboration of these talented chefs will produce crab and lamb dishes that are unique, creative, and delicious.

Using a technique rarely used in Indonesia, guests will experience Brazillian BBQ or Churrasco, where waiters slice the meat in front of you, right at your table. Also at the event, guests can try specially prepared mutton dishes such as Lamb Taco, Lamb Carcass, Charcoal Lamb Burger, and many more. After the Lamb team, the menu creations of the crab team will start with Caribbean Crab Chowder, Papuan Crab, Crab Cake Sambal Terasi Bangka, Smoked Crab, and many more.” said AS Windoe, Corporate Executive Chef Archipelago International
